When the Genting Group sought to build the first racetrack casino in New York City, our team was hired to design, develop, construct and operate the 5,000 VLT facility, which quickly became the highest grossing slot facility in the world.

Our success in Queens was unprecedented.

In addition to managing the complex development process, we also managed all government relations in Albany and all community and public relations in NYC.

Groundbreaking to opening took only 12 months, something that we were told could not be done, and record revenues soon followed.
