Hard Rock Partnership
Founder O.B. Osceola’s father celebrates 20 years of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, connecting its success to the resilient legacy of the Seminole Tribe as “the unconquered” people.
Hard Rock International
Hard Rock was born in 1971 when two young Americans, on the hunt for a good hamburger in London, opened their own American-style diner there. Today, the company that began with one music-themed Hard Rock Cafe is one of the world’s most globally recognized brands.
This precipitous global expansion was overseen by the Seminoles following their purchase of Hard Rock International in 2007 with a long-term commitment to invest in the brand, achieving full ownership in 2016. The deal was groundbreaking, making the Seminole Tribe the first Native American Tribe to acquire a major global brand. Assets included in the deal encompass Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, Casinos, Entertainment venues, and a significant collection of rock and music memorabilia.
Osceola Group is proud to be part of both the Hard Rock and Seminole families, embodying a part of the link between the brand and its owners. To be a guest at a Hard Rock property is to experience the hospitality of the Seminole Tribe—a philosophy that Osceola Group extends to its partners through rigorous customer analysis, a collaborative development process and execution that consistently delivers maximum financial returns and value.
